Q: Are You a Manufactory or Trade Company?

R: We specialize in manufacturing some knives and kitchen utensils for many years. And we also have own trading department to integrating local factory resources in Yangjiang.

Q: How can I trust you?

R:We sincerely welcome customers to visit our factory. If it is not convenient for customer, we can accept online video to show our factory. We will take full fulls of production and goods when it’s available.

Q:How can I import products if I have no experience before?

Re:Please contact with your local custom department to check if you can import products on the name of individual, What document need and learn about the tariff policy.We can also help to find forwarder to offer door to door service.

Q: Can you send the products directly to my Amazon warehouse?

R: Of course, we have cooperated forwarder to send the goods to Amazon warehouse or other online business warehouse with competitive price. And we have experience to help to stick the label amazon required on it.

Q: Can I Get a Sample? How Can I Pay for the Sample?

R: Of course, we can offer our existed sample free while courier collect. Shipping cost can be paid by PayPal, T/T, Western Union

Q: Can I ask for a customized samples?

R: For simple customized sample with logo, we can make it free. For other complicated customized samples, it depend on the actual cost.

Q: Can I ask for some products which is not in your website?

R: Of course, we can produce or search other kitchen products for you in competitive price.

Q: What make you different with other supplier?

R: We have our own QC department. All products are 100% checked by our QC department before delivery.

Q: What’s your payment way for mass production?

R: For small order, to save cost, it’s better 100% payment in advance. For mass production, it’s better T/T 30% in advance, the balance before delivery or against the BL copy. For other payment way, we can negotiate.

Q: What’s your lead time?

Re: Normally it depend on our production schedule. For small quantity, we can ship within 7-15 days. For large quantity, it can be 35-45 days after payment settled down and sample confirmed.

Q: What’s the shipping method?

R: It could be shipped by sea, by air, or by express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc). We have our own cooperated forwarder with competitive price. We can also send the goods directly to FBA with sticker. If you have other better advice, it can be better.
